Food was delicious and our server was very pleasant. Fantastic experience. Great size food portions.
Excellent wait staff. Alondra and Caroline are our favorites.
I don't have any complaints about the plates I've had there. Sad to say that today's menudo was disappointing. Chavelos menudo is a lot better.
Well they have an excellent staff that works here.
In particular I want to point out the excellent work performed by waitress and manager Karo Figueroa.
She is extremely courteous, very efficient and friendly.
Jalisco’s is fortunate to have such an excellent worker in Karo. Not everyone is excellent in the work they do, she certainly is.

Jalisco's Restaurant & Bar in Buda, TX, offers a big variety of options, including delicious queso, salsa, and endless fresh chips. The bacon-wrapped shrimp is a standout dish, and the vegetarian options can be accommodated with a smile. The environment features artwork showing ranchers scenes and scenes of agave cultivation, creating a typical South Texas Mexican restaurant atmosphere. The restaurant has a bar serving a variety of drinks, and many guests enjoy wine with their meals. The service is attentive and fast, making it a great place to gather and enjoy good food, especially after events like a first communion. Dishes like combo fajitas for two, priced at $48, provide plenty of leftovers to take home. The pork chop a lamezicana, grilled with onions, jalapenos, and tomatoes, is flavorful and served with Mexican rice and refried beans, with flour tortillas for those who prefer them. The inside is pretty, with art on the walls, and the restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with plenty of parking. While some dishes like carne guisada and charro beans could use more seasoning, overall, the food, atmosphere, and friendly service make it a popular spot. Prices start at $15 for plates and $9 for queso, but many find the quality worth it. The restaurant has a spacious layout, and the staff keeps things friendly and efficient. Customers appreciate the good food, including favorites like chicken flautas and beef fajita nachos, and they enjoy the welcoming environment with clean restrooms and great lighting.
