The beef fajitas are not good. Less than half a mile away you have Taco Clem, which in terms of meat quality is about 5 stars, and cheaper. Chilis uses frozen, low quality meat that has been bathing in preservatives and paipan. The meat is tough, and it was overcooked before they put it on the hot padilla.
I love Chili's.. My favorite is the chips& salsa, I can't even make it home before the salsa is all gone. I have always ordered from the Chili's on Stassney & IH 35 Frontage Rd Austin, Tx and I love the staff, food, & atmosphere here. I always order for take out & everytime I go to pick up the order I ask for extra Salsa & chips and never do I get an attitude from the staff or rudely comment you have to pay for it. Server was friendly and attentive. Order came out missing an ingredient and they fixed it. Then burger was rare or raw, ordered medium. Then drink was way too sweet. Just okay food, nothing special even when it was all fixed it was kind of blah. French fries were delicious. Bright light in face entire meal gave me a headache.
