Sometimes you just want a dependable and good pepperoni pizza delivered quickly that doesn’t cost too much. Marco’s consistently provides this.

Pizza was fine, HOWEVER I will never order from this location again. My son’s middle school provided us with a flyer for a fundraiser night with Marcos Pizza. 20% of sales would be donated to them. They gave us a coupon code to enter and a fundraiser code. Neither worked when trying to order online. And when I called the store, the associate seemed clueless to what I was talking about. I had to repeat everything. I don’t even think the fundraiser thing was accounted for. After placing the order I was told 22 min for it to be delivered. About 40 min later I get a text from a del driver saying they needed the correct address. I was confused and provided the address again. To which I got a response: “this is address hotel. I right map”
No idea what that meant so I sent the address AGAIN. To which I got no response. After 10 min I called the number and the driver was extremely rude and stated “yeah I already found it. 5min”
Another 10 min later he calls me and says he was outside with my pizza. I’ve never had to literally walk out to the street to get my pizza. It made me extremely nervous. I will never order with this restaurant again. I was just trying to participate in the fundraiser for my son’s school. But never again.

Ordered online, arrived at the store at the pickup time. Had to wait 1 hour for my pizza. No one attending the front desk with more than 7 customers waiting in line. The employees were arguing in the back while the pizzas came out of the ovens no one was taking care of the orders. I'm short it was such a mess they had to call in another employee on their day off to help. I can understand having new employees that are just learning the ways but at least show care for your customers, explain the situation and perhaps offer something to make up for the bad experience. Additional training should be in order for the staff working June 28 2024 evening shift.

I ordered from Marcos DoorDash said they delivered and never did and the girl that was there said after I called the store she couldn’t make the pizza remake because she was closed already and the oven takes 20 minutes to get back on. A couple of things. I’ve worked in pizza and the oven does not take more than 8 minutes to heat up to 450 degrees also it’s Saturday they are supposed to be opened til 12:00 so she was of course lying. I don’t know what yall got going in there but nobody got nothing in control. This happened 06/22/24 at at around 11:40 I suggest checking the schedule and talking to whoever was there cause I like Marcos but this left a really bad taste in my mouth. Need any more details there’s my email. Highly disappointed in the service today

The pizza is really good, but I would avoid this location if you can. I have placed and picked up several orders from this store, and I usually have to stand there for a while before they take my order. The staff are incredibly rude and condescending. I have never been to a store/restaurant and had the staff speak to me the way they do. The last time I was in, she slammed the pizza on the counter and got an attitude when I asked for crushed red peppers smh ridiculous. If you don't like dealing with customers then get a new job where you don't have to.

Trash customer service. Trash website. Trash pizza. I ordered a meal for my family and then an hour and a half passes and I call and they cannot deliver my order because door dash doesn’t take cash even though I selected delivery on their website and the cash payment option they offer on their website. Then a manager calls me and demands for my credit card number over the phone. Rude employees and awful customer service. Will be ordering a pizza cash every day until they fix their system or bring me the order

Lady that helped me seemed dead in the soul. Didn't look me in the eye or say a single word to me when I picked up my pizza. 3 kids were screaming and running around the shop.Something was really funky with the crust and dough. I think they forgot the salt annd flavor for this batch of dough? All 3 items I got were extremely flavorless. Whole grain bread from HEB would've tasted better than the cheesy bread I got. It tasted like water with the texture of bread. Bummer because I've really enjoyed other Marcos locations.

Idk why so many negative reviews but the times I've come here the pizza is da bomb. It's been perfect. Everything is laid out really nice. It's not overcooked or undercooked. Wait times are reasonable. Friendly staff. Good job guys and gals!
