2 out of 3 times, they screwed the delivery. The first time, they left it on my neighbor's porch. They were out of town. The second time, the delivery person's "phone went out" & the pizza was marked "delivered"45 minutes before it was really delivered. When it arrived, it was very cold even though the manager told me it was in a heater in the car. Will never order there again.

My family and I were ordering, and the cashier was yelling at my husband. He just asked for the specials. I have never experienced someone so rude. We will not be coming back here.

- Pizza is excellent- Young gal working the counter was blatantly rude and condescending. Customers are an annoyance.- Although there are a couple places to sit inside, it's honestly designed mainly as a takeout place (and that's ok)

If I could give a negative 5 star rating I would service was trash food was trash I asked for wings and a pizza asked them to remake the order twice still got the order wrong I asked them to make my wings extra crispy 5 different times I checked them and they where still soggy not crispy no where near even cooked then instead of just putting the wings they already made back in to the oven or however they make them to make them crispy they went and made a whole new order of wings even more soggy then the last batch never again will I bother to even think about going to a place that don’t listen to the customers or even care to make an order correct….. 10/10 do not recommend for no one to eat here

We met here for dinner this evening before a middle school dance and the only booth available was filled with the employee's children, leaving us no where to sit. Once our pizzas were ready we ended up walking over to the American Cookie Company next door to be able to have enough seats for the 5 middle schoolers. I was not offered plates or napkins, so I walked back over to Marco's Pizza and had a hard time getting anyone to help me at all. The booth full of children were now in the back kitchen and whoever was supposed to be watching the store was absent. I finally had to call out for assistance or I was going to have to explore behind the counter myself for plates. I figured it wouldn't be a problem since whoever was left in charge there was already violating health code by having children in a commercial kitchen. On a side note, the pizza was actually really good.

I have nothing bad to say about the employees that work here but the product is the only thing that matters when I want a pizza. I order 2 pizzas and 10 pc wings and it got delivered in under an hour. I received them warm and dry, the crust on these things just don't hit like the stuffed crust you can get from other chains, toppings felt cheap and the dough was tasteless and stale, not enough sauce and I paid $50 for all that just to be disappointed with the end result. Just order from Pizza Hut/Papa John's. You're welcome

Call to place an order and sit and wait for 15 minutes just to hear some girl answer and say hold on...wait another 10 minutes for a guy to pick up and then disconnect the phone call. Never again will I attempt to order from this place.

We've been ordering from this location for over 4 years. Even though we've moved out of their delivery area. Over the last year, their pizza has slowly gone down hill, along with their customer service. I used to have a 5 star review posted, but deleted it. The last few times of picking up our pizza, the staff has been unbelievably rude. We put up with their attitude because we liked the pizza, but tonight even that changed. My brother in law found a hair in his pizza. It was actually baked into the crust. IN THE CRUST! He held up his pizza by the hair! I have video. I wanted to report it to corporate, but the there's no email address to contact them by. They specify to contact the store directly. That won't do any good. It doesn't go above the store level. So this is how I decided to let them know. Marcos gas lost our business.

My teenagers love the pizza here. We haven't had a problem with the service or quality of the food. Always hot and fresh. I love the Philly steak sandwich and the thin crust is so yummy. Staff is nice and store is well kept.

Horrible service. I called an ordered a couple pizzas for pick up. The guy on the phone had to repeat my order to me several times, never asked for my name, so when he gave me my total I told him my name. Ok great ordered the pizzas. When I go to pick up they don't have my order. The guy looks out of his mind and has no idea what's going on and the girl making the pizzas is on shouldering her cell and talking away. Horrible service. I will go somewhere else from now on.

I am extremely disappointed. Ordered cauliflower crust and they ran out and instead of calling they just took it off my order. I also used a 25% off coupon and when I submitted the order on my computer it was there. When I got the receipt it wasn’t. They refused to honor the discount and said there was nothing they could do. Do not recommend ordering from this location. That’s at least $20 that I just lost.
