Everything is delicious! Specials are especially good - each time! Portion sizes are so very generous! Friendly staff and the homemade chips with each sandwich are amazing! Love this Buda food truck and love to try everything on their menu.
Took a detour from our travels to grab Thai food from a food truck in Buda. Super disappointed that there was no one there. Opted to order at Parasols. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I had the portobello mushroom and mozzarella sandwich and my husband had the beer cheese potato soup. The food was hot, fresh and delish!!!! Friendly service too! Would highly recommend.As far as atmosphere, we had an ambulance, fire truck and train all pass by while we were eating. Could not be helped....read full review
