This place used to be good, but it’s really gone downhill. We kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, hoping it was just an off day - but after several visits, it’s only gotten worse. The pastries and bread are hard and stale, nothing like the fresh, soft donuts they used to serve.
To make things worse, the service was disappointing. A kid ran my credit card while the lady taking my order had a bad attitude the entire time. That’s not what you expect when you’re spending your money.
Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. Definitely do not recommend this location.

My children and I rarely visit this location but when we do, the older woman at the window always tries to short us an item. Every single time. I always have to correct her and she acts surprised then corrects it. If she does this to multiple customers who are rushing in the morning, she is knowingly pocketing their money.
Donut Palace in downtown Buda has never shorted us. Master Donuts on Riverside in Austin hasn’t either. Choose either or another donut shop if you don’t want to be taken advantage of.
