My children and I rarely visit this location but when we do, the older woman at the window always tries to short us an item. Every single time. I always have to correct her and she acts surprised then corrects it. If she does this to multiple customers who are rushing in the morning, she is knowingly pocketing their money.
Donut Palace in downtown Buda has never shorted us. Master Donuts on Riverside in Austin hasn’t either. Choose either or another donut shop if you don’t want to be taken advantage of.

The place is clean, the selection is lacking an old favorite the chocolate cake with chocolate icing and nuts. The person behind the counter wasn't too interested in helping me get this added to my order. Left feeling like I had interrupted her free time.
Whats NOT to love. Best donuts ever ?. Apple fritter, chocolate cinnamon twist, or a strawberry filled donut. How do you choose?? If you can't stop there get a delicious kolache...... Chappell hill kolache. Omg is by far my favorite kolache. But if you like spice get a boudin jalapeño or a bold jalapeño kolache. And top it with a hot chocolate or an ice coffee. Yummy can't wait.
I love to leave reviews when the customer service was outstanding 100%. I worked as Store Manager for almost 19 years in different companies and for me the experience in this store was exactly I trained my employees since day number one: The person (manager I think) in the front greeted us as soon as we open the door: +A. After that, his service was above and beyond. He took his time with us and with every single customer there!! Definitely, we will come back soon. Fresh donuts and the coffees super good!! I recommend this location!!
