“Came into this Subway around 9:35 p.m., knowing they closed at 10. I hesitated at first—walking in close to closing time often means rushed or annoyed service. But that wasn’t the case here at all.
The young woman working tonight was incredibly friendly and helpful. I don’t go to Subway often and wasn’t sure what I wanted, but she guided me through the options without any sign of frustration. She even took the time to ask about a tattoo I have and just genuinely engaged in conversation.
Service like this is rare nowadays. She turned what could’ve been a rushed, late-night visit into a really positive experience.
To the owner or manager: if this employee ever asks for a raise or time off—give it to her. She's the kind of person that makes customers want to come back.

“I have frequented this subway consistently for the last year or so, and the employee energy has been hit or miss. There have been some great kids working but the last manager seemed unable to keep staff and he himself seemed miserable to be there. The current team, however, and particularly the new manager, TJ, and his shift lead are incredible. They greet people as they come in, chat with customers, and TJ in particular brings the whole vibe up. What a great change and kudos to the regional manager (another exemplary employee) for making the call to bring in some better energy.“
