It's always clean when I'm in and the staff are helpful - they' do their best servicing the customer, especially what seems like newer staff today. Selection of chips is great - from baked to spicy and Cheetos is typically hard to find in sand which shops but this offers it Line was short for lunch on Saturday Enjoyed their new six inch Garlic chicken on a warm toasty sub - perfect lunch!“
“The inspector for 120 day inspections paid attention to detail. Scott in service is the new manager, replacing a less qualified individual. He is trying to make customer service & the maintenance issues a better experience, than in the past. We had an advance appointment & once the paperwork was straightened out. It was fairly quick. The counter help is a bit inexperienced, partially due to a new computer program.“
“I very rarely go into a subway expecting a good experience, I just want my sandwich and to get in and out. But Marissa said it was her third day, and you can tell that she’s really going to make this Subway awesome. I found my new regular location. She did great and I’m happy to come back soon.“

“Best subway ever always fresh bread, fresh cookies, meats and veggies are always fresh and everything tastes great this is my go to subway when ever I’m in New Braunfels. The employees there are always friendly and ask if it looks great or if I need anything else or add anything else to make my sandwich the way I want it. They are always a pleasure talking to. “I ordered something I've not ate from here, and wasn't sure about what veggies to add for the right combo of flavors. They made a couple suggestions for me and let me taste the sauce before I had it added. Very polite Gentleman that made my sandwich and he was very patient, and made conversation with me as I was ordering.“
“Great product and customer friendly. My favorite is the BMT, customized as always. You do have to stand in line, which is no big deal. The bread selection isn't published, and it's a problem for a novice and infrequent customer like myself. I always ask for a parmesan bun because I know that they have that. It's a staple no matter where I've lived.The people working there are great as well as the sandwiches and accommodating service. My only issue is that the types of sandwich buns don't seem to be posted in the store or on the website. That's important only because the bun is what makes it better than what I can make at home.Good food.“
