Subway in Buda

“I have frequented this subway consistently for the last year or so, and the employee energy has been hit or miss. There have been some great kids working but the last manager seemed unable to keep staff and he himself seemed miserable to be there. The current team, however, and particularly the new manager, TJ, and his shift lead are incredible. They greet people as they come in, chat with customers, and TJ in particular brings the whole vibe up. What a great change and kudos to the regional manager (another exemplary employee) for making the call to bring in some better energy.“

“Went in today to pick up a sandwich and was greeted by Jesse who has great customer service! Sandwich was quickly prepared and I was on my way in a matter of minutes so I could hurry and get to work on time! Thank you Jesse! My sandwich was delicious! You will now be my subway spot! 😉“
