“I always seem some bad reviews but this place is always clean and the workers are very respectful. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Damien and Mel. I want to shout them out for their amazing work ethic and customer service! The store was super busy with a constant flow of customers and online orders, yet they handled everything calmly, professionally, and respectfully the entire time. You could tell they were working hard to keep things moving smoothly. I also appreciated the teamwork with the other staff member helping with prep to make sure nothing ran empty during the rush. It’s not easy managing that kind of pace, but they truly held it down. This is one of the reasons I love coming to this Subway!“

“Today is 2/19/26 and the time i went was around 7:15PM. The guy's working there on that shift was amazing and the customer service was on point. Got home and unwrapped my sandwich, the sandwhich was so clean and uniformed that it could be in a commercial. Whoever these young men are needs recognition cause they are top of the line. “I don't really understand the atmosphere question on Subway.... people do not go to Subway for the atmosphere, they go for the consistency and the sandwichs.
All that said you can get a good sandwich here I enjoy them and whoot!“

“We live near a few Subways but always travel a little over 3 miles to visit this location at least 3x a weeks. We love this location the staff is amazing here. Alexis is supper sweet and friendly. She greets all customers as they walk in as well as a thank you see you soon as they leave. She always has our order down every time we come in. We will continue to visit this location because of the wonderful customer service they provide.“

“Let me just say that the service is amazing here, especially when Russel and Liz are working, they know to to actually treat you right and make sure you are satisfied with your orders. “I work across the street and have come here a few times and each time, everyone is so nice! Today I picked up a mobile order and the lady with died-dark red hair (I forgot to ask her name) explained to me that she followed my special instructions on the order due to my pregnancy and told me to let her know if I needed my sub to be different! There is an older lady that usually mans the register and she is always so patient and kind when I come in as well! Thank yall! 🤍“

“The worker Madi with the red hair is so sweet and people friendly and you have to stop by and try this girls big fluffy bread loaves I swear I've been eating at subway for decades and have never had a sandwich with bread like this I was so impressed at how beautiful the bread was and it just tasted different from other sandwiches I will definitely keep coming back for the bread ....to the red haired woman thank you for doing your job above and beyond ....“

“This Subway is really good the two people that made my sandwich were really friendly and they gave my dog a sample of some turkey which was great also it's much cleaner and much nicer than most Subways it was pretty well organized and not busy as well as much better than South Park Meadows this is a good Subway yum yum yum“

“hadn't been to Subway in probably over 12 years. Too many bad experiences and diminishing quality at stores. Decided to stop in at this location for some cookies and decided to give the meatball sub a try and I have to say, if Subway is going through a revival than this store is a good sign.

Store was clean, neat and well stocked with the add-ons. The sandwich was not limp and felt and tasted like a real meal (I had some pretty disgusting experiences in the past).

Overall, if you're still a Subway fan or willing to give the brand another chance like me, visit this store.“

“Had the freshest bread I had . The taste was amazing I loved customer service and environment.

Stayed for more than 30 minutes and I saw was customers were served quickly and friendly. It is a busy location right off of interstate 35“

“Simple lunch before movies turned into great experience. Gwen and Kevin were over worked. But pushed through it with a smile and everyone coming in no matter what their order was for was given the same high quality and enjoyable atmosphere.“

She was able get our flatbread sandwich customised the way we wanted, just that I wished she would have rolled the flatbread which becomes easy to munch. But 5* to her welcoming and kind attitude.“

“My favorite subway to go to, it's always clean and the staff is always quick to make my order regardless of the wait. They're also friendly and always welcome my husband and I in. I've never had a wrong order at this location and will continue to come to this one over others! Most other locations also don't have hot cheetos which are my husband's favorite. The bread is also well made and not burnt like other locations.“

“I generally love Sunway sandwiches! I will not be back to this location. The spinach was severely wilted and the tomatoes looked less than desirable. The ingredients did not look fresh! When I mentioned it to the service person, she looked like she didn't understand. I mentioned it a second time and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. Don't know if she knows what fresh ingredients look like or not.“

This place has been a 5 star experience twice in a row now. Always super clean. Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Adrian (Vito) let me know as soon as I walked in that there was a bogo deal on the app. You guys have a great environment going here. Keep it up!
