“We placed an online order, but went inside to warm up since it was cold outside. The sandwiches were delicious. They made them quick, and we got to chat with the owner. He was super charismatic, funny, and very friendly. We will definitely be back for subs, but we will also be back to chat with him more!“

“Today is 2/19/26 and the time i went was around 7:15PM. The guy's working there on that shift was amazing and the customer service was on point. Got home and unwrapped my sandwich, the sandwhich was so clean and uniformed that it could be in a commercial. Whoever these young men are needs recognition cause they are top of the line. “When I moved from the north (Delaware) I was looking for a good sub, but no luck. I tried this particular Subway and wow what luck. They are my go to store. The consistency is spot on. “I don't really understand the atmosphere question on Subway.... people do not go to Subway for the atmosphere, they go for the consistency and the sandwichs.
All that said you can get a good sandwich here I enjoy them and whoot!“

“I stopped into the Subway at Braker and Metric and was greeted with a big smile by a young man named Ali, who had an incredible attitude. He was running the entire store by himself because two other employees didn’t show up—and you never would have known it.

His customer service and positive energy were truly off the charts, which is rare these days. Ali gets it.

“This was my first time visiting this Subway, and I had a really great experience! The store was very clean, and the employees were super nice and welcoming. They made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, and everything tasted fresh and very good. The service was quick and smooth, even though it was a bit busy. The prices were also cheap, which made it even better. Overall, a very nice place with great staff. I’ll definitely be coming back again!“

“hadn't been to Subway in probably over 12 years. Too many bad experiences and diminishing quality at stores. Decided to stop in at this location for some cookies and decided to give the meatball sub a try and I have to say, if Subway is going through a revival than this store is a good sign.

Store was clean, neat and well stocked with the add-ons. The sandwich was not limp and felt and tasted like a real meal (I had some pretty disgusting experiences in the past).

Overall, if you're still a Subway fan or willing to give the brand another chance like me, visit this store.“

On Sunday night, I went to this Subway and the service was excellent. The people working there were very friendly, attentive, and treated me very well. The whole place was very clean, well organized, and you could tell they take care of every detail. The food was fresh and the service was fast. “I came to this location as i just had a terrible experience at the broide and Daveis lane location 100% better and the young man behind the counter greeted me as soon as i walked into the store grate food and i can now go back to taking rides for uber as i am full.😄“

“The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly and the food was very good compared to most other locations I have went to the drink fountain was actually working unlike the Buda location The only problem Is it is not in a safe area of town and there are some people in the area who do not behave appropriate and there was an incident inside the restaurant while I was there“

“I just have to say, I haven't been to subway in a very VERY long time with my husband. I'm very picky, and the last subway I went to up in Round Rock off gattis and red bud left a foul taste in my mouth. This was my first time at this location, this was the cleanest I've ever seen a subway! I could eat off the floor if I wanted to! I got the tuna sub and it was amazing! Even better, it's right down the road from my work. Darlene was a pleasure to interact with! I'm guessing she's the manager, but she was very attentive, friendly, and made the experience enjoyable. She is likely the reason I'll go to subway again! This experience was amazing as well as the food! Highly recommend!!!“

“I generally love Sunway sandwiches! I will not be back to this location. The spinach was severely wilted and the tomatoes looked less than desirable. The ingredients did not look fresh! When I mentioned it to the service person, she looked like she didn't understand. I mentioned it a second time and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. Don't know if she knows what fresh ingredients look like or not.“

“My favorite subway to go to, it's always clean and the staff is always quick to make my order regardless of the wait. They're also friendly and always welcome my husband and I in. I've never had a wrong order at this location and will continue to come to this one over others! Most other locations also don't have hot cheetos which are my husband's favorite. The bread is also well made and not burnt like other locations.“
