This used to be a very nice subway location that I visited quite often. Always prompt and nicely prepared sandwich!!
Lately the staff/ownership has changed and has deteriorated significantly. Orders placed online are never ready on time often 30-40 mins wait while the two employees take their sweet time preparing. The result is even worse; sometimes sandwich over toasted, sometimes sandwich cut 70/30…
Please get back to normal or the franchise should take notice.

The manager is rude and treats her associates poorly. There must be a high turnover.
