First off I will say this is partly my fault because I didn't pay more attention to the lady making my sub. I ordered a Boss exactly the way it comes on the menu plus bacon. Very specific. I had to tell her numerous times that I wanted it exactly like the menu because she kept asking if I want this or that when all she had to do was turn around and look at the menu to see exactly how it was made. The subway here does not change their old bread like every other subway. Instead employees are forced to sell through the old bread. I talked to a manager for the pilot who directly confirmed this.
