“Always have experienced great customer service and they update their hours regularly to keep customers informed on any changes. I called one night to make sure they were still open and they were and satisfied my Subway craving. I would call at night time to make sure the hours posted on the internet are accurate. My go to Subway!“

“Angela A and Zion are super great!!! Alway friendly helpful and makes us feel so welcome every time we come in. And a lot of your other employees which I don't know their names are also great.But the only downside to this Location is a man named Eric. Me and my family have seen him stick his hands /gloves in his mouth and touch food. We absolutely will not come in if we see him working. For fear that he is not keeping up with cleanliness to be able to touch our food and we don't want to get sick.“

“I've been to this subway twice now & have enjoyed my sandwich both times! The first time I had ordered online to pick up, the store called me to let me know there were a few things they didn't actually have that showed they did online. It was a little inconvenient, but they could've just made the sandwich however and not have said anything so I appreciated that. They also added in 2 free cookies of our choice for the inconvenience. Nice staff!“

“Subway is always the same. Good but nothing super exciting. But you always know what your gna get so I'd say that's a plus. However, this day I was in a pinch. In the process of moving and had a house full of people that I needed to feed. I came in with the request of a platter box which they said I would have had to pre-order. I decided to just get 5 sandwiches and wing it. The girls were so helpful and so accommodating and helped me out. Cut the sandwiches. Gave me all the Condiments and napkins and set me up with the box and were so fast! Saved the day for sure!“

“I came to this location for the first time during lunch hour on a Wednesday. The place was spotless and the two employees behind the counter were super nice. One of them recognize the lady behind me and started her order before she even said anything. LOVED that! I will definitely be coming back“

“My friend and I went for a bite at lunch on a Saturday. There was only one person ahead of us. I had the turkey cali sub on flat bread with honey mustard. At first I asked for chipotle sauce but they ran out. So the young lady said if I could wait a few minutes she could make another batch. But I told her that she didn't have to do that for me. I was happy with the honey mustard. It was quite good.“

“At first I was addressed by a covid masked young man. I a senior citizen with trouble hearing did understand a word . “The music playing in this location was too loud for me to hear and communicate with the employees. They were friendly and my sandwich was tasty, though I didn't mention I wanted a meal so I paid a little more than I thought I'd pay. Clean restroom was nice to see.“

“This has become my go-to location for Subway. The place is usually clean, the service is great, and the food is good. I do recommend you go to the location and place your order in person if you want your sub done a certain way. I've tried adding instructions/notes to my app order, however, the person making the sandwich doesn't seem to always follow them. Overall I think this location is the best in the area.“

I have a recommend a custom sandwich for people that like cold deli sandwiches, a (however size) Italian herb with a cold cut combo with ice berg lettuce with cucumbers and salt pepper and mayo. pre- made sandwiches are also not that bad as well. They have serve your own drink stations. Their footlong pretzel was pretty good-! They also have a footlong cookie and churro. I like mixing vitamins water with sprite, it’s a good combo try it! “Probly one of the few subways that still know how to actually put meat on the sandwiches! Other ones only put 4 slices and literally stretch those out to make a foot long! This places literally made art with our food! LOVED IT! Staff was very nice and took good care of us. Everything was cleaned and well stocked.“

“I got my sandwiches tonight, 9/5/20 at 8:50 pm at the 11050 Potranco Rd 78251. Sorry if I messed up the gentleman's name, Robert is it? He's a sweetheart and very patient, unlike the old female Hispanic I encountered about 4 months ago, very unprofessional with a nasty attitude. Anyway, all the other staff including of course Robert (except the wicked witch of the west), are alright with me.“

“I havent eaten at a Subway in nearly 5 years. I decided to go for a sandwich today because it was near where I was headed. When I walked in, I saw the menu had changed. I asked the guys working behind the counter about an old menu item. They were able to make it for me, as they now have a build your own section of menu. There were three employees when I visited. Angel, Christian, and Josh. They were all extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful. The restaurant was clean and in a nice condition. The exterior parking lot was clean as well. I did notice that they did not have oven mitts to take things out of the oven. They have that large spatula type thing to get things out, which works for most items. But I also ordered a salad with steak. They should have mitts to handle the hot container. I want to clarify that they all wore gloves while handling the food, but they are those clear plastic ones and do not protect from extreme heat.“

“Easily the best Subway I've been too. I always order in the evening and the Evening staff is always nice and on top of everything! I normally order online and even when I show up early my food is ready for me. And they've never shorted me or my wife on ingredients just because we order online, truly amazing evening staff, keep them, cherish them, and tell them they are appreciated.“

“We walked into Subway on Labor Day on Monday at about 3 pm. Honestly, we thought the store was closed. The staff came out of the back room as we walked in they were friendly and helpful and offered some great suggestions. We ordered 5 foot longs and a pizza. Everything was perfect and tasted great. Male Server Team Leader # 3588 was very polite, courteous, and customer service oriented. He made sure the menu items were well stocked and fresh. The lady who was directing him what to do was a bit too harsh and scolded him in front of me because he had put too much veggies on the sandwich.
