Subway in Helotes

“After several months of disappointing experiences at Subway, I was pleasantly surprised today. The young man working who’s name was Joseph was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and seemed to genuinely care about providing great customer service.

My sandwich was made perfectly, the store was well-kept, and the entire experience reminded me why I used to enjoy coming here. It’s amazing how much of a difference one employee can make. I hope management recognizes the excellent job he’s doing because he turned what had become a frustrating place to visit into a positive experience again.“

“My server was super patient with me as I was having trouble deciding. He made the sandwich exactly as I asked him too. Zero complaints about service. The bread was a little off today. It fell apart very quickly and made the sandwich very difficult to eat. Also the meet wasn't as good as it has been in the past. Which is a bummer.“
