“Young lady at the counter was amazing (Jazlynn) she was overwhelmed with the amount of people in line. I can’t believe that any manager would allow for this to happen it was 6:45 pm. Not only did she have 13 people in line, she also had online orders come in. Though she was professional and proficient at helping us. There was a rude customer and she handled it perfectly. Several customers did walk out when they saw the line and only one staff member. Shame on the manager!“

You have an option of a side salad or soup with every sandwich. My new favorite place for sure. All for just over $10 dollars. Sandwich De Paris you need to enter San Antonio best Of. “I order from here a lot. A good chunk of the time my sandwich is fine but they limited what you can add or customize online.

Today I placed an order for delivery. Since I don't have the option to customize anymore I usually call the store and it isn't a big deal.

The woman who answered initially hung up on me twice before we could get past hellos. The second time she asked me to hang on for about 5 minutes. I agreed and ask that my sandwich not be made in that case since I wanted an ingredient left off that is no longer customizable online via DoorDash. She hung up.

I waited, thinking it was a mistake, and called back to ensure it was made correctly then was told that my sandwich was already made, that it can't be remade even though it's wrong, and that I'll have to cancel the order. Extremely disappointed.

Edit: Called the store when I was able to reorder. The woman on the other end took my order and corrected it. I have now received correct sammich.“

“I am a Stage 4 Kidney Cancer fighter who has lost both kidneys because of my battle. Now I am on dialysis there is not much out there that fits the renal diet. After dialysis I’m starving and have to watch out for phosphorus, potassium, sodium and fluid intake. With some research I found out that Jersey Mike’s Roast Beef is made fresh and low in both sodium and phosphorus. Ask for no cheese, tomatoes, or salt and you have yourself a delicious renal friendly winner. I started craving these subs after my dialysis sessions and the staff started to recognize my wife and I. With big smiles they would greet us at the door “Hi! #6 no cheese, no tomatoes, no salt” and stat making my sandwich before we even got in line. We feel so special there. My wife loves Jersey Mike’s too so she’ll get a #13 here and there. But the service and quality is by the best I’ve ever experienced.“

“As I arrived after a long day, I parked my car and stared out the window. Looking out, I saw a Subway and a Jersey Mikes. What to eat? I asked myself. For some reason, I was drawn to the Jersey Mikes. I’m not a Jersey Mikes guy, not even a sandwich guy, but something about that shop seemed so enticing. I walked in and immediately I was greeted by so many friendly faces. The entire crew just seemed so happy to be there. There was no rush to get my order out and everyone just stared in anticipation to see what I’d get and get started on my sandwich. When my sandwich came out, it was warm, filled and I could tell, made with such love. Id definitely come here again, this location made me feel like I was apart of a family. Thank you.“

“I’ve given this particular Subway two shots so far. My first experience was incredible, the lady was kind, my combo was perfect… The sweet tea was delightful, the cookies were fresh, my sandwich was beautiful. It wasn’t cut into 1/3 but it was enjoyed all the same. I love Subway, particularly for the great deals!

My latest experience wasn’t particularly my favorite. I ordered pickup through the app hours in advance. I realized my car wouldn’t start earlier on. I called and called only to be greeted with “Sorry your call did not go through please try your call later.” I also called T-Mobile next door, as crazy as it sounds, to see if maybe someone there could go by and talk to Subway, but the person that I spoke with mentioned they were busy at the time.

I’m not sure whether or not I would’ve been able to cancel my order had the phone been working, but it would’ve been nice to postpone my order for later on in the week. I ended up going to the store a couple days later, once my car was working again, to at the very least relay the phone issue I had. I let the person behind the counter know my situation, they asked for more detail, I relayed that I tried calling, to which they responded, “yeah, our phone’s been down”. I was ultimately told another sandwich couldn’t be made to make up for the one before. I knew the likelihood that they’d make up my meal was slim, however, it doesn’t make sense to have asked all the details of my order if it was predetermined nothing could be done. It’s also disappointing that this building is aware of their phone issue, and the way it was suggested is as if the phone has not been operational for quite some time.

Past that, one of my subs seems like it was made on stale bread. I ordered two for the foot long bogo deal, one was standard, one was not the greatest. When I was ready to eat the second half of the second, I took out the toppings, wrapped a damp towel around the bread, and microwaved it (beside a glass of water) for 30 seconds in attempts to revive. Thankfully, it did the trick. I

All in all, I feel like a simple, “Sorry to hear about your car, unfortunately we are unable to replace your combo due to policy, we are aware of the phone issue and are working on getting our phone serviced,” would’ve been a better way to handle the situation. Some empathy.

Regardless, the subway is kinda tucked away, but a very solid location in my opinion. The inside seems clean, very family oriented, two families were enjoying meals during my second visit. I’d highly recommend downloading the app if you are enjoy subway. It seems like they have year-round deals for different menu items, sometimes more than one deal at a time even.“

Walking around Walmart, you can burn calories. Just when we were going to leave, we could smell the food from Charley's. We saw the restaurant and gave it a try. My wife ordered the Chicken cheese steak and I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak. The food was good. Not bad for fast food. I ordered the small because I'm counting calories ( pfft, yeah right?) and it was the perfect size. The bread had a light crush on the surface and soft in the middle. I guess you can call it Flakey. The flavor of the meat ? tasted good. The fries are thick and not a lot of salt. It was a hit with my wife and I. We both left full. Our date was over. Time for a nap. ??“
