We really enjoyed our sandwiches. The bread is extra special, not so thick. The wait staff were very capable and friendly. Nice atmosphere and great prices.
The sandwiches are great, but the people that work here are amazing.

Based on the reviews, Potbelly is a toasted sandwich shop. The food is good and delicious, with specific items like the meatball sub, toasted street corn chicken sandwich on wheat bread, The Italian, and the Avo Turkey being mentioned. The restaurant is very clean and well laid out with a giant menu board. The service is good, and the app is easy to navigate. However, the music can be so loud that conversation cannot be had. While most employees are nice, there is one employee who hates his job and is not good with customer service. The meat in each sandwich was not as plentiful as in other similar places, and the meatball sub was skimpy on the size of meatballs and sauce. For some, it is a better value than Schlotzkys and Firehouse, and a good place for a quick bite.
