Blanca is a fantastic customer service rep! I was disappointed that the line seemed long when I first arrived with only one worker behind the counter. She was quick and attentive to the customers and got us all through within a few minutes. Thank you, Blanca, I’ll be back!
This review is for service and taste. 5/5 - Service - I ordered about 6 different subs and 2 pizzas on this visit. Fortunately, no one else was in line. The employee making my order was such a professional. He did not rush to make the sandwiches but took his time making each one as ordered and very neat! Other reviews are not lying. The people that work here are rude and the place doesn't seem too clean. Makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes. I live in the area and honestly would rather drive a little further to a different subway near utsa.
