At 67 years old I've eaten more pastries than I should have and I can honestly say without a doubt the raspberry kolache that I had at Teal House is far and away the best pastry that I've ever eaten in my entire life. The sad part is I don't live in Texas so all I can do is dream about them until I'm back in town.
Traveled in for the night to catch the comedy show, definitely needed coffee and something to eat the next morning. Coffee was great, cinnamon rolls were amazing, the staff and owners were very friendly. Definitely will go back when we’re in Austin.

Poor customer service. I placed an online order for pickup the morning before, around 8:30am. Order placed, order received, etc. I show up to pick it up at the correct time, and low and behold they sold my order. Then, the cashier proceeds to tell me they didn’t get the order until after they sold out. Funny, since I placed it over 24 hours prior.
