I was really looking forward to trying this place out The service was slow and the cherry flavor drink I got had no flavor

Great place. They just need to use more syrup so that ALL of the ice gets some love.

I called an order in to be picked up the following day at 230pm(Sunday the 25th). It was just 1 party pack. My husband goes in to pick up our order that day. He waits in line for 30 minutes and when he gets to the counter, they don't even have the order ready! He then had to wait longer for his order to get put together then when he walks out to the car to bring the order to our kid's birthday party, he noticed things missing. He had to turn around and go back in to get the missing items. This made him late to our kids party, the order was supposed to be ready at 230 and he didn't get it til almost an hour later than that. Very disappointing.

I go here Everyday, I love their SNOW ICE, I have to have it 😆

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Me my mom, niece, and nephew went to this location to get snow cones. The line was long as hell. Took us MORE THAN 30 minutes to get to the speaker to place our order. When we get there no says anything to use and we wait for a while. I don’t want to hold the line so I go forward to place my order at the window. When I get there the lady tells me I have to go back around the line AGAIN to place my order. When I ask why can’t you take my order here nothing of substance was said back. After going back and forth with the lady who seems like she doesn’t even want to be hear I leave. I went to Dairy Queen where I had no issues what so ever. UNBELIEVABLE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO PLACE. Great first impression

We love their drinks, however the drive thru wait times are horrible. We've waited 30 mins for 4 dr paradise, on multiple occasions.

DO NOT BUY SMOOTHIES!!

Until they get new cups, dont order a smoothie. The lids DOT NOT fit the cup. The worker even handed my cup to me like it was a fine piece of china. I grab it and put it in my cup holder and immediately pops off and icecream and whip cream everywhere! I thought it was possibly my fault until it almost happened a second time. You can literally spin the lid like a disc. And the worker kinda shrugged and giggled about it.

I’ve never have a bad experience here! the staff is so nice !! recommended everyone come here! Simone is the best at smoothies!

I’ve been coming here since this store opened and it is always such a treat for my kids. Very clean and friendly service! Love this location.

Both the 7th st and Burleson locations are outstanding! The staff are always the best, and I am never disappointed with my order.

Ordered me and my daughter snowcones they made the wrong ones then tried to tell me that I had to take the wrong ones that they were too expensive for them to throw away had to argue with Manager to get them to remake And they overcharged me for my snowcones and refused to give me my refund

I don't know what is going on but this is the 3rd time we have gone and the girls are going back n forth who is going to take orders then they all go to some back room and are just back there laughing n playing.
