All I can say is they make the Brst shakes & no one can beat their prices. Burgers are to die for.
Always good burgers and ice cream
I usually don’t even review fast food places, but the lack of customer service at this location was enough for me to write one.
There were 4 of us, and we all got ice cream from the same employee. I’ve never experienced service like this before. The girl who served us gave us no greeting, no smile, not a single word - just a cold stare and a frown. Then she walked away to make our hot fudge sundaes, came back, put it on the counter, and again—not a word.
It was honestly one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We were polite, patient, and friendly, but the entire interaction was extremely awkward.
Basic courtesy and a little friendliness go a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing at this location.
