Mr. Calhoun catered our family gathering in Grand Prairie, and the food was incredible! The ribs were tender, the chicken wings were full of flavor, and the brisket was perfectly cooked. Everyone, including our family visiting from out of town, kept talking about how delicious everything was. Highly recommend his cooking for any special event!

The owner, Trey, was a high school teacher for 18 years but he dreamed of bringing joy to people with his grill skills. A year and a half ago, he and his wife Gwendolyn took the leap of faith and opened their food truck. Gwendolyn, a talented baker, makes all the desserts and also caters with her own business "Sweet Tooth Cakes". They are the true definition of a "power couple", and the world just got a little bit happier and sweeter thanks to the both of them.
