Known for amazing ribs, brisket, and Mac and Cheese, this popular BBQ stand has impressed many, even converting non-rib lovers. The food is so good that friends are now ordering from Calhoun's too. The owner, Trey, was a high school teacher for 18 years but he dreamed of bringing joy to people with his grill skills. A year and a half ago, he and his wife Gwendolyn took the leap of faith and opened their food truck. Gwendolyn, a talented baker, makes all the desserts and also caters with her own business "Sweet Tooth Cakes". They are the true definition of a "power couple", and the world just got a little bit happier and sweeter thanks to the both of them.
