An employee was walking out of the location as I was getting out of the car and she waited for me and held the door open. This stood out to me because I’m pregnant and 1 week away from my due date so I was walking very slow and she was patient with me and waited when she didn’t have to. She also greeted me at the door. Everyone was very friendly, however; I noticed a cook walk up from the back, hand his coworker a wad of money, and then proceed to start making pizzas without washing his hands and he wasn’t wear gloves. I also observed an older lady putting fist fulls of cheese onto a pizza, also without gloves, and then proceed to help a customer at the cash register. Everyone was nice, but no gloves or hand washing? Gross.

I accidentally ordered pizza at the wrong 1187 location. The worker was so kind & said he’d call the other location & get it taken care of. He did & then came back to the drive up window to let me know that my pizza was in the oven & it’d be ready shortly! Best customer service ever & the pizza was great!!! Thank you lots!!! SL
