The wait times are atrocious. App said food would be ready at 10:35. It's currently 11:23 and we still haven't gotten our food. I like EBB fine, but y'all are not good enough for us to be waiting this long.

Typically very long wait. Store is terribly understaffed during peak hours. On more than 3 occasions, wait time for 1 bagel = 25 mins+. Staff does the best they can.

Went in to buy 4 bagels to go. Did ask for them to be sliced but no toasting or topped. Cashier rang us up and our order was put behind the line of orders before us. Restaurant was FULL as it was taking the one employee making the orders so long to make sandwiches. The cashier only made coffee drinks from what we encountered. We went back to the cashier and just asked them to bag up our bagels without slicing them and they just continued with the line of orders. Ridiculous to wait 15 minutes for something that the cashier could have bagged up as we paid.

I don’t get the chance often to eat here. And my last experience wasn’t the best. I showed up a couple of minutes before closing sadly because I don’t live close. And they closed their doors before their listed closing time online. I guess it’s just not meant to be for me to eat here. Wish that someone nearby sold the nova lox bagel. I will have to go visit a different bagel shop from now on.

Always gets my order right. The friendly service is always needed to start the morning.

This has to be the worst Einstein in DFW. The kids that work behind the counter do not care! Order online, show up 30 min later, ticket is still sitting on counter, completely ignored by the staff, 10 minutes later had to ask about the order, then the person making the food mumbles we are out of ..., I requested a refund, I'm not waiting another half hr for you make something else. I get restaurants run out of things, no problem, but apparently it's too much work to ask people standing at the counter who the order is for and then tell them that they are out of the bagel on the sandwich they ordered. Honestly, I have a 13 yr old and it's like 3 of him work here.

Whoa!!! This place took 30 minutes to make a bagel. Once it was ready, they threw it in a bag and it sat there for another 15 minutes, getting cold, before they called me to get it. I ordered a drink with it, in which the girl was extremely confused about and it took her longer than needed to make it. Then I had to beg her for a straw. She wasn’t sure how to get one even though they were sitting right next to her. There was a younger dude there who seemed high and didn’t accomplish one single activity the entire time I was standing there waiting. Get it together, yall. This location is too new to suck this bad.

Ordered a bagel and asked for no mustard. I guess that was code for a thick coating of mustard. Eggs were old and microwave tasting. Did not see a frying pan. Could not taste the bagel due to the amount of mustard. Parking was horrible and service was slow. I will not be back. Prices were very high.

The bagels are delicious. You can get a 20 count to go. They are a favorite on breakroom tables at work. To actually go in the restaurant and eat feels limited.
