I love this place. I have never had an issue, and I've been here at least 20 times by now - not just for me, but for my two small sons who LOVE picking out a fun drink for themselves on the tablet. The orders have always been correct and timely. A lot of the workers are awkward teenagers who don't necessarily communicate comfortably, cut them some slack. Also, if you're unsure about how a drink is prepared, ask them or look through the tablet - it's way more...
We use to drive all the way to Fort Worth before. So glad we have it really close now. They have cakes that are not on the menu online. Everyone needs to try those. Buy it inside... Those cakes are always fresh and melts in your mouth and very delicious. And the drinks are all my favorite. Definitely better than Starbucks.
I am a recent convert to Feng Cha, originally to the Fort Worth location, but was SUPER PUMPED to find Burleson's location opening shortly after! I absolutely love my Dirty Boba from Feng Cha. I judge all other Boba drinks to Feng Cha's, and so far none stack up. They have so many other great fruity flavor drinks and boba options, not to mention the delicious desserts in the case at checkout. This is a great after dinner spot, mid-afternoon refresher, really any time...
