What can I say? I’m from Nebraska and was down for school when a friend suggested I try hard eight BBQ. Customer for life! So great! The jalapeño sausage is 10/10. Everything I tried was excellent. I now also highly recommend it!
Stopped by Hard Eight this weekend. By far the best BBQ I’ve had to date. This is coming from someone who has lived in the Southern East coast. Variety of different meats, pretty expensive but absolutely worth every penny. We purchased the brisket, ribeye, jalapeño and cheese sausage and sirloin. All was extremely juicy and not over cooked. Staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely come back!
While overall we love the food at Hard Eight, the service is hit or miss. Tonight, we ordered a medium rare sirloin and onion rings, as well as other things. We had to go ask for our onion rings, as we noticed several parties who ordered after us received their orders and we still had none. 20 minutes passed by and we still had no sirloin.
