Room was clean, staff were courteous and very helpful. Breakfast had a good selection and area was clean.Rooms: Rooms were clean and in good order. Only wish they allowed streaming from private devices. Cable offered many channels, but prefer to time shift my shows.

My family and I stayed in room 212 on 01-12-2024. We woke up the next morning 01-13-2024 to a cockroach crawling in our bed. Upon further inspection, we found more roaches throughout the room as well as mouse droppings under the sink. We immediately gathered our things to go check out and advised the lovely lady at the front desk. She advised us to email Max, the general manager. I sent an email to Max, 1-13-24 at 7:52 A.M. As of today 1/24/24, I have yet to get a response from Max. My aunt, who generously paid for our stay called the hotel and they advised her that they had left a voice-mail on my phone (which they did not) and that the cleaning ladies didn't find a thing in the room. They refused to let my Aunt speak to the general manager or help her get in contact with corporate. The way this is being handled is absolutely appalling. One or two bugs, I could understand, it happens. Multiple bugs and rodent droppings, then to call me a liar, that is not okay.

Our room had no hot water in the shower and the toilet never stopped running. The bed was great but it was 27 degrees and no hot water!!!!!!

Customer service was absolutely a ZERO. The young lady said the hot tub wasn’t working because the water levels were low due to too many people in the facility earlier during the day was a flat out lie as only a few people were present. She said the motor was out but would be fixed tomorrow. IF truly the hot tub was not working why is the pool closed? She kept blaming management. Yet, couldn’t give us any information to speak with a manager. Very rude and simply not wanting to help what so ever. 01.14.2024 at 7:30PM. Lies after lies as the young lady kept changing her story. I have the texts/screenshots to prove it. Shame on you!

Always loved this hotel but will no longer come back. Seems too easy for the staff here to close the pool for false reasons. Second time in a row that we cannot use the facilities to their fullest. The location is perfect for visiting our granddaughter as she loves to swim but I’m tired of excuses. This time we were told the hot tub was out of order, so this closed the pool as well!?!? Yea…. We do not recommend this hotel for families.

Okay place to stay and relatively cheap (less than $100/night). Staff was pretty friendly and hotel looked pretty clean and didn't have any weird smells except in the stairwell, but that area was carpeted and enclosed, so somewhat expected there. The room was pretty clean, bed was comfortable, pillows firmer, but still soft. I like the bench on the side wall to throw your luggage up on and to not have to deal with the pop-up luggage stand you typically find in your closet. The room included a microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and had an iron and ironing board. There was plenty of lighting and the heater worked very well...TOO WELL. It was freezing outside, but the room was blazing hot when I arrived. I was able to adjust the heater to my desired temperature. I would assume the A/C would likely work just as well in the summer time. The bathroom was clean, hot water came on right away, even on the top floor of the hotel, and they had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash premounted in pumps on the wall in the shower. The sink had premounted hand soap and body lotion on the wall also. The only real negative I encountered was on my second and last morning before departing; there were (2) roaches walking around the bathroom floor. Not sure where they came from; the bathroom was well tiled, even up the wall; didn't see any gaps for roaches to sneak through. Had I not seen that, I would have added another star to the review. For breakfast (6AM-9:30AM), they had yogurts, hard-boiled eggs, (3) cereal options, whole/2% milk, an oatmeal bar with various toppings, mini plain/veggie omelets, turkey or pork sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, a toaster w/ bagels, sliced bread, french toast, english muffins, a juice dispenser with about (4) different juice types, and warmed cinnamon rolls, and lastly a coffee bar. The sit-down area to eat, was adjacent to the front lobby and had a moderate amount of seating. There was also a small pool in the hotel and a very tiny gym with a treadmill, elliptical, upright bike, and some dumbbells, but not much space to actually work out, maybe enough for one person on free weights, and one person per machine. The gym was about the size a medium-sized bedroom. We ended up bringing free weights into the hallway to exercise because it was too tiny inside to work out with a partner.

Without a doubt the worst customer service experience that I have ever had, and that's saying a lot as I travel for work and have been in many hotels across the country. I can guarantee that the reviews of the great customer service did not have to interact with Max, or are fake. Front desk staff were originally fine until Max the GM got involved. Very argumentative, rude, complete lack of service skills. Not sure who spit in his cereal that morning, but it seems like this is not an isolated incident from reading the other comments. I controlled my anger with great difficulty and tried to smooth things over and he was still extremely rude, and as I walked away, he was telling the front desk to remove us if I "caused any more problems". Yep, because asking about room options apparently equates to causing problems. He was then so rude to the customer service rep from the company that booked our reservation that she told me she would blacklist this location as she has never talked to a more unprofessional person. We obviously decided to cut our long stay very very short and decided to stay at a non IHG hotel.IHG, this entitled child is costing you business. Not just mine but B2B as well. Time to cut him loose.Edit: in the response, the manager mischaracterizes the conversation as well as outright lies about the conversation with the service rep. Also forgot "Yours in Hospitality". Might be time for him to leave it.

The hotel was very well maintained and the parking lot was well lit. The front door locks at 11pm and the side entry doors are key card accessible only. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Check in was quick and easy and I was recognized as an IHG member. The room was very well maintained, clean with modern furnishings. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of food and they always have coffee available throughout the day. There are also several restaurants within walking distance.

It all started with our plane pushing us back over hours. Then the hotel said to keep updated on time of arrival. So eventually after the 3 call, I was told that the charging for the room would change over at 2:00 a.m. and we arrived at 1:35 a.m. on the next morning. I do not think it is fair to charge a guest when being late is not their fault. Then, we had 3 of us in the room and of course we were all register and the hotel knew there were 3 of us. The first 2 nights there was 3 sets of bath linens. I called on the 3rd evening because there was only 2 sets. The front desk told me that it is usual to have only 2 sets. And I told her that there are 3 guests and we should not have to ask for bath linens. Then I could not get a receipt. I initially called to make the reservation directly with the hotel and was told that they could not do that. So I had to make reservations through another source. I do not recommend this location.

We showed up pretty late at night after a rough drive in, and we could not have been greeted better. The woman at the front desk was an absolute delight. The room was clean and smelled great (seems like something is in the AC and it is wonderful.)The hot breakfast is great, the fitness center has everything you need, and the indoor pool and hot tub are excellent. Holiday Inn rarely disappoints and this one even exceeded.Rooms: Clean, nice scent spray in the AC.Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants and parks.
