Customer service was absolutely a ZERO. The young lady said the hot tub wasn’t working because the water levels were low due to too many people in the facility earlier during the day was a flat out lie as only a few people were present. She said the motor was out but would be fixed tomorrow. IF truly the hot tub was not working why is the pool closed? She kept blaming management. Yet, couldn’t give us any information to speak with a manager. Very rude and simply not wanting...read full review
