KFC offers hot, fast chicken and accurate orders with great customer service. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. They are friendly and attentive, and the restaurant has gotten much better, cleaner, and is run better. The service is not as slow as it used to be. The woman working drive thru was awesome, very sweet, and provided amazing customer service. Employees are polite and friendly and actually care about customer satisfaction, making customers feel appreciated. Despite some past challenges, KFC is still a reliable choice for a delicious meal.
