Worst KFC only because it has the slowest service available. EDITED......This KFC has gotten much better. Its cleaner and is run better. Not as slow as it used to be. Tonight the woman working drive thru was awesome

Not use to getting great customer service at a lot of drive-thru places lately, but Iris was a pleasant surprise. It is so refreshing to have an employee be so polite and friendly and actually care about customer service. This is the standard that restaurants should look for in their employees. Many times I’ve had people at drive-thru windows not even say a word. Iris made me feel appreciated as a customer. Thank you!

It was great but only issue was the drive through speaker the order taker couldn't hear me and gave me the wrong pieces of chicken but we were hungry at the food was hot and delicious so we kind of overlooked it
