Patties Burgers and Mexican Restaurant

Ordered classic cheesebuger. Opened my To-go box that felt very light. Very few fries. Bun wasn't toasted. Almost no cheese. Way too little for 16$

Food was very good mediocre at best probably it 8 out of 10. Good burger!

My biggest problem was the service. They are very rude and did not acknowledge me whenever I spoke with them. At the end of my meal, I walked up to them and told them thank you and how good the burger was. They simply ignored me and not acknowledge me at all. I said it again stating how thankful I am for the burger and how well it was cooked. Again, no acknowledgment at all. Ran out of there frustrated!

Service was terrible even when I try to order. It took them a while for the ladies to take my order. I probably waited a good 15 minutes at the front counter.

I will definitely come back, but please fix your service and customer service.

Great food and people!

This was the third time we have tried them and the burger was dried and burned and it took forever to get our food. I am going to request a refund I never do that but it was that bad. It wasn’t just us having issues every customer there had taken something back to the counter cause it was not good or order was wrong. Will never eat there again.

This place always hits!! I love the quesabirria tacos! They have great offers and are always quick to make the food with quality. Dinning in is great with some music playing.

My nieces and I swung in here on our way to a friends house, amazing burgers!! Highly recommend burger lovers to give this place a shot.

My son and I stumbled onto this quiet little restaurant in Burleson. The burgers were surprisingly good. The waitress is attentive and has a sunny personality. The wall art is also cool to look at.

This restraunt is really good people are polite and the enviroment is great I come every week but I realized when the old gentlemen cooks he burns the food a little and looks very impatient. Other then that Everything is great

Great atmosphere! Very welcoming environment the tacos were delicious. I wish I would have taken pictures before I dived into my food but it was excellent. Definitely will visit again if I’m in the area.

We tried this place because the reviews were great. However, very misleading. The place wasn't busy. It is cute and clean. They do not have alot of the items that are shown on the reviews. Which was a bummer because that was why we went to try the food in the pictures. The food items are separate for sides and drinks. Which are over priced for the amount/size and quality. The service wasn't the best. They seem like a couple of young girls that are very unsure how to handle special orders or much else with customer service. The one girl at the counter was nice but they both seemed like they just wanted to go back to doing what they were doing before they had customers. We won't be back. Nor would I recommend it for someone to try. The food wasnt horrible...but not cooked the way requested. And definitely not a quality to match the price.

Pretty righteous burger joint. Had the Molina Burger, patties were done to perfection, bacon didn't taste like it been hanging out all day, but real stars were the grilled jalapeños!
Onion rings could have been warmer but still pretty damn tasty.
I'll be back soon to try some of their Mexican offerings

If you want to be charged double tax and only given a half cup of ranch with a family order of cheese fries after spending $80 for fast food quality food. Then told by the girl behind the counter that you can only have 1 side with an order because they dont make enough money to give any more ranch. Then this place is for you! The customer service is horrible. She said she would call her manager but if they didnt answer, then oh well! If she can't keep customers happy then they need to find a different employee who can. Would not recommend! See the owners response, says it all!

I just want to apologize from writing a bad review about the burger situation. it was my fault for not checking the burger before eating it and I should’ve been more nice to the cashiers because they were trying to fix the situation but instead I was being rude and started cursing causing a lot of commotion . The burger was great and will recommend it. I sincerely apologize .
