Got here for a mobile order, pulled into a stall, the app told me it was out of service, so I moved to another stall. Sat there for about 15 minutes and nobody ever brought my order that I paid for. Watched 5-6 cars come and go without any service. I am out the money for my order, no one answered the phone and voicemail is full!

A mistake was made by Holly when she did not send out a Diet Dr Pepper, and when I returned to collect the missing Dr Pepper, Holly became aggressive, asked for my name, and threatened to notify my employer due to her error; Holly was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Got here at 10:20 a.m., went through the drive-thru and said hello, no answer. Fine, until nobody answered at all the next five times. After waiting minutes, I heard a short hello. I ordered one large drink, no answer for another minute. Girl on the other side waited until I was about to say hello again before giving me my total. Got up to the window and waited another 3 minutes before some I don't care looking kid opened the window, he did not say hello just gave me my total took my car and closed the window. Waited another minute for my drink. That kind of welcome makes me look in my drink to make sure there's not spit in it. If these kids are trying to be smirched the name of Sonic, they're doing a good job. Whip them into shape, manager! Also the drink did taste good, don't want to leave that out.

Holly needs to be fired she does not know how to talk to people she is very rude and lack customer service skills and her personal appearance is horrible as well I had to put a star but she is ridiculous and upon reading the other reviews, I see it’s not the first time she’s been reported
