Had to leave a star or else no review. First time in my entire life that I picked up a breakfast burrito without a single trace of egg in it!!! Not only was the egg completely absent, I ordered sausage and was given bacon! I added onion so what I got was bacon, onion and cheese. Just how? I assumed someone new is working there and just forgot to put it in there but now after reading these recent reviews I understand that possibly more than one person that works at this location just doesn’t give a shit. I was way down the highway before I realized this joke that they handed me!!

My family and I eat here all the time and love the food and service, today was different I was serviced in Stall 19 at 12:14pm on 02/26/2025 the young lady that took my order was very short and rude while taking my order, I understand being busy so It didn't bother me being in health care I know the feeling ...Today i was getting food for my daughter who was home sick today and when she took out her food it was disgusting...u can tell this was purposefully done to the food. I'm disappointed and disgusted by this, I called the manager on shift Karla and she stated well ma'am it might have just been packaged to quick and she offered to re make it..I let her know I'm back at work at this time and my daughter sent me the Pictures of the state of her food and responded well what do u want? ..No refund was offered at any time by this manager... Until!! I stated I will not be coming back and said I would like a refund because it will not be eaten. She then responded well that all u had to say is u wanted ur money back. I feel that this manager should have provided me with all options possible upfront with more understanding and compassion speaking to a customer that stated she was disgusted with the state of her food...someone squeezed this food and slammed it together u can see the hand marks on this food, where did the rest of the chilli and cheese go?? it was disgusting. This was not just poor packaged look at the wrapper completely clean and fine....will not be back.

Why is this the only sonic location that forces delivery drivers to go to the patio to receive orders? It’s just plain dumb and rude honestly. It’s not for order verification or anything legitimate, as the carhop that I saved from walking two feet further didn’t even care to look while I verified the order so they’re not even attempting to fight the thieves that make my job worse.

I ordered a breakfast burrito and specifically asked for no bacon. Just sausage. Once I was able to set the cruise control and let my car drive itself, I unwrapped the burrito and bit into it. Someone had put bacon in it. I don't have anything against bacon. I simply don't care for it unless it's on a plate.

Used the app, ordered the footlong coney combo with fries and unsweetened tea with lemonade mix and side of cheese sticks, the app automatically replaced my fries with the cheese sticks. Food came out cold cheese sticks tasted like they had been sitting up, they were barely warm, no condiments were given, nor offered, food, I had to ask for ketchup and when asked for my fries they said that I ordered cheese sticks in place of fries, there is nothing on the app. I said my receipt, says, “combo”, then I said I am willing to pay the difference and the manager said there nothing they could do and walked off. I call the survey line and no one answered!

Do not go here everytime I’ve gone to this sonic they’ve either gotten my drink wrong, never put sauce in my bag when I would ask them, messed up my orders entirely. If you want to eat at sonic go to the ones by the high school or by the railroad never eating there again

Hamburger dry, Old and not even hot enough ro melt cheese. One of the corndogs was so old, it had shunk inside crust. Boycott this store. Don't feed your children or seniors this Dangerous food.
