I will start with a positive note. This Starbucks is far less packed than my usual pick across town, and I feel like the drive thru moves quite a bit faster. So props on efficiency!
However... every time I’ve been my drink has been wrong.
Java chip Frappuccino... ended up with a mocha Frappuccino.
Green tea added to my pink drink... ended up with matcha tea.
No whip cream, extra caramel drizzle... ended up with extra whip cream, no drizzle.
