It was ok. There were an awful lot of stale toppings. The cookies were so stale, just chewy. There were 3 machines out of service on one side, hot fudge out of service, marshmallow topping empty, gummy bears were solid and hard to chew. And it wasn't busy so.... just us and one other couple in there. For 10 bucks for per bowl, I'd say it could sure use some work.
This place has really gone down hill the last few years.I really enjoyed coming here and was a regular.The service has been so bad, I've just stopped coming for the longest time.There's usually a few employees here and the moment the door opens, they dip into the back.They're constantly having issues with machines and there's usually 1-2 down.Just today, I asked the employee to type in my phone number because I'm pretty sure I have a free one or something...
Great place for a sweet treat with family and friends. The place had become a little ran down. Past 2 times we have gone, there are several non functioning machines and tonight was cash only. They are lucky I had cash
