I’ve been to several Waffle House locations across Arizona and Texas, and they never disappoint. No matter where I go, the food is consistently delicious and the service is always top-notch. There’s just something about walking into a Waffle House that feels like stepping into Grandma’s kitchen warm, familiar, and the perfect place to sip some coffee, drop the tea, and get the 411.
The staff always makes you feel welcome, the atmosphere is classic and comforting, and the food hits the spot every time. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Waffle House truly knows how to keep it real and keep their customers coming back.

We stop at many Waffle Houses during our roadtrips and I'll say THIS location is great. I was sincerely impressed by all of the staff. While we waited for food all of the staff was observed cleaning, restocking and working like busy bees. This place was immaculate and efficient. Our waitress was perfect and wish I could recall her name for a shout out. This will be our I35 Waffle House from now on. Great job!!

5:35 a.m. It had rained through the night, the kind of slow, steady drizzle that never really stopped, just changed moods. The pavement still shimmered under the streetlights as I pulled into the Waffle House I used to visit with my dad when I was growing up. It had finally finished remodeling, and in some strange way, I felt like I had too.
I unknowingly walked to the newly finished side, right past the yellow floor wet sign everyone else seemed to understand but me. The kind waitress didn’t say a word. She moved carefully toward me, balancing her steps over the slick tiles, her shoes squeaking just slightly against the damp floor.
When I asked for a cup of water, she smiled and said, “No, you’re too young for that.” Her voice carried that kind of warmth only found before sunrise. She took my order, and a few minutes later, she was navigating the puddles again, one careful step at a time, carrying my plate with both hands like it was something sacred.
I felt guilty for sitting on this side of the restaurant, but she never complained or sighed. Just smiled and kept moving. I think I finally understood why my dad always brought me here. It wasn’t just the food, it was the kindness. The quiet kind that doesn’t need to announce itself, the kind that fills the room like steam off the griddle.
I finished my meal, paid, and stepped outside. The rain had stopped, but the ground still gleamed under the yellow glow of the sign. As I neared my car, I noticed something on the ground, a discarded slice of gas station pizza, its box slumped near a puddle but completely dry.
Whoever left it had been here before me, maybe hours earlier, making the same choice I just had. They had come across the golden light of Waffle House and decided to start over by dropping their past mistakes, literally. Sure, littering isn’t cool, but redemption has to start somewhere. Sometimes that’s all it takes, a wet floor, a kind waitress, and a sign that things can still be warm again.
The food was so good. I would eat this every breakfast I would go here for lunch breakfast and dinner. It’s so funny.

How is waffle house gonna claim 24hrs i proceeded to run through a rain storm and go inside just to be told that they were closing down what kinda bs is that why are your doors open at 2pm if your closed

Came for a late night dinner with my family and we forgot how good waffle house was. Everyone was very polite and the place was spotless. A special thanks to Noah, our waiter, that took care of us and made sure we had a very pleasant experience.
