I ordered online on 2/17 only to find out my order was going to take about 36 minutes. That's far too long. I called (which took 4x to finally get anyone) to cancel my order and they still charged me for the order even though the person said they would cancel the order. Now I've gotta call my bank b/c this Wingstop can't do their business correctly.

Very disappointed on how run down this wing stop has gotten. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had tonight. I made an online order, went 25 mins after my order to pick it up. I got there and they quoted me 15 more minutes. We ended up sitting in that restaurant for over an hour on top of what I was quoted.Staff was extremely rude to us even though we were extremely patient. We couldn’t get a simple apology for the wait and they basically threw the food at us. I understand being busy, but I don’t understand the lack of customer service.On top of this terrible customer service,our food was wrong and just absolutely terrible. Overdone and soggy!! Quality is bottom of the barrel.

I ordered through the Wing Stop website last Friday. I was surprised it said it would be ready between 16-20 minutes because it was a Friday night.I went right at the 20 minute mark to pick up my order, and the front was packed with people waiting on their order. They told me it would be about 2 minutes, which it actually took about 10 minutes. It was a Friday night, they were busy so I didn’t mind waiting because I saw how many tickets were up. They workers were nice and thankfully not annoyed, flustered, or frustrated with the amount of orders and people they had.I drove home from Burleson to Alvarado, put up some groceries, and the food was still warm. I was surprised.It was good food?

Fries were black they get cooked in black oil and the wings were not seasoned at all they were completely plain wings. Paid for 100 wings and they were nasty very nasty. Recomend yall to never buy from this Wing Stop.
Need to wait more than 1 hour for a small order and also it’s hard for them to answer the calls !!Service is sooooooo bad !

i went to the wingstop in burleson lastnight to get a 8pc boneless lemon pepper combo. This is how i received my food when i opened to eat last night. My food was suppose to be well done and this is half done to me … the fries were like the bottom bag of the fries this is insane to me. I would have went back an got a refund but i don’t even live on that side of town but i definetly won’t be coming back.

Ordered food online. Wait time says 23-27 mins. Show up at 30 mins. I’m told 30 more minutes. Fine. But something doesn’t add up. Most likely employees are not trained on how to keep up with online orders efficiently. Do better WingStop. Manage customer expectations better, or something.UPDATE** Management contacted me.
