I ordered through the Wing Stop website last Friday. I was surprised it said it would be ready between 16-20 minutes because it was a Friday night.I went right at the 20 minute mark to pick up my order, and the front was packed with people waiting on their order. They told me it would be about 2 minutes, which it actually took about 10 minutes. It was a Friday night, they were busy so I didn’t mind waiting because I saw how many tickets were up. Ordered food online. Wait time says 23-27 mins. Show up at 30 mins. I’m told 30 more minutes. Fine. But something doesn’t add up. Most likely employees are not trained on how to keep up with online orders efficiently. Do better WingStop. Manage customer expectations better, or something.UPDATE** Management contacted me. Apologized for the delay, and inconvenience and issued a refund. Thank you for making this right! Great customer service. Thank you!
