The workers seemed busy and worried about someone who wasn't there so breaks could happen. I get it so only took off one star. They were otherwise nice. The food on the other hand, dried out patty, no flavor, and onions on a jr burger(? Ew!) Plus given the wrong drink, wanted diet dp (the had none), asked for water, and got regular coke.

If I was being honest, which I am this was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The worker was extremely rude and as well as their manger I understand that there was only two works but the disrespect comments and attitude towards My friends and I were uncalled for and I'm not a person to go and ask for my food but after 50 MINUTES OF WAITING I GOT PRETTY AGGRAVATED ABOUT IT!

Tried BK for a late lunch. Photos of the Whopper always look to good to be true. The flame grilled patty wasn’t flame grilled, just cooked. I believe pulled from a warmer tray. Roma tomato used, not a beefsteak tomato. Burger was cool and not hot. Didn’t look like anything in the photo even the lettuce was not a slice of lettuce but chunks.Such a disappointment because I remember once having a whopper that was outstanding! Where are the good ol days?

There were 2 huge trash bags in the walkway coming in the front door. The chairs were all on top of the tables. I ask them if they were closing and they said no. We had placed our order online. It hadn’t been started. Only about 3 of the drink options were available. Food terrible and person behind the counter had his beard in a ponytail. ?

Don’t stop here if you want a quick lunch during your drive. I waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes before I gave up. It took them about 15 minutes per car, which seems hard to do. Even if they have to drop new fries, etc, that is still way too long of continuous delays.

Waited 30 minutes to get a cold burger and stale fries. I get being short staffed so don’t mind the wait. It’s the taking long and getting cold stale food.

Went into store around 8pm. Employee was stacking chair like it was closing time. No other employee seen anywhere behind the counter. So I asked him nicely "Are you about to close?" With a rude attitude he proceeded to tell me how short handed they are so he was cleaning up early. I said" I was just asking so if you were closing we would not be in your way." He then left us standing at the counter while he finished cleaning and stacking chairs. We continued to wait because there was noone else in sight still. He then went to the back of kitchen without a word to us as to whether he would be right back or anything. We stood for a few more minutes but then left. While backing out we saw another young man come to the counter from the back but we were leaving already. Moral of the story is..... Next time communicate with people waiting to order what your plan is, you don't just answer rudely how short handed your are then ignore them and disappear. Poor customer service after all we were not the cause of your bad day at work.
