We recently had the pleasure of working at Canyon of the Eagles, and it was truly a dream come true. The view of the ceremony site is absolutely breathtaking — the kind that makes you stop and take it all in. With plenty of cabins for guests, a full-service restaurant, and both indoor and outdoor spaces, this venue has everything you need for a beautiful, seamless celebration.

It was interesting. We went on valentines and everyone had to make reservations, but it still seemed like the staff was very unprepared for the number of people. Also we showed up a little early hoping to enjoy a drink at the bar while we waited, but the bar was in another building which also had a small private event going on. Chef Matilde and waitress Melissa were wonderful. For dessert, we had the fried Oreos which were out of this world! The tasted light and fluffy and reminded me of what Oreo beignets would taste like. We're coming back just for this dessert!! Beautiful views as well.
