So several months ago I had a problem with the delivery with a doordash person who had said my food was on the way and they didn't get here for almost 2 hours. When I called the store, they were so helpful, they apologized offer to bring me new food and on my next quarter. They gave me free desserts. They were so helpful Kand I really love Pizza Hut in Burkburnett. The staff is absolutely amazingKid-friendliness: And absolutely helpful kind and considerate staff
We went there for pizza and salad.. we got there and were told they had no salads and no medium pizza.... They did allow us to pay medium price for a large to offset the problem. We so much appreciated that effort!! But the 3 star rating is for corporate to know how important it is to be sure the food shipments are on time!

Went yesterday because I was in the area. Last few times I've been, it's been decent, but this time I started experiencing severe nausea and vomiting within 4 hours, with this being all I'd eaten.Shame, because dine-in Pizza Huts are increasingly rare, but I seriously thought I'd gotten the flu somehow for a while.Wildly unpleasant overall.

Ok i dont even know where to begin but i will say NEVER again. First of all very unclean the one taking the money is also walking around wiping sweat dropping off his face no gloves never washed hands, goes and starts cutting pizza....... terrible prices DOMINOES ALL WAY!!!!!!!

The employee were ruin said they did not have multiple ideas then we paid with a $50 and she was not happy about . While we telling then are order we could not hear her bc all the fans they have blowing right over the register and on top that the boy came and sat down and did not start are food . Here we are 20 mins later and no food yet !!! After we got our food it was the party box did not come with two pizza and the cheese stick hard as heck worst service ever!
Ordered $70 worth of pizzas gave them $18 tip and it was garbage

Ordered large supreme pan crust and it was smaller than competitors and lacked on toppings quantity. And was thinner crust than normal and under cooked.Real disappointing

I placed my online order at 4:52. Told 15 minutes. I do this once a week no issues. I arrived at 5:10. Pizza not ready. I waited 10 to 15 minutes. Went to counter found out my order had been skipped. Did not get pizza until 5:45 or so. All I got was the pizza shoved at me with "sorry for your wait". No eye contact. I was angry and dissapointed. Just left. Pizza not as good as usual and not sure I will go back. Burnet Texas.
