So several months ago I had a problem with the delivery with a doordash person who had said my food was on the way and they didn't get here for almost 2 hours. When I called the store, they were so helpful, they apologized offer to bring me new food and on my next quarter. They gave me free desserts. They were so helpful Kand I really love Pizza Hut in Burkburnett. The staff is absolutely amazingKid-friendliness: And absolutely helpful kind and considerate staff

We went there for pizza and salad.. we got there and were told they had no salads and no medium pizza.... They did allow us to pay medium price for a large to offset the problem. We so much appreciated that effort!! But the 3 star rating is for corporate to know how important it is to be sure the food shipments are on time!

Pizza was ok but could use a bit more flavor. Now... despite there being a diner, you have to order at the counter. There was no acknowledgement that we were even there despite several employees having seen me an my family. A gentleman did ask how everything was but we had just gotten the pizzas. There was one older woman who did approach our table and did seem nice.
