I drive from Marble Falls to Burnet when I want Taco Bell because they are always so friendly and always get my order right. and always fresh food, service good a little slow but always fresh.

Walked in to grab some food they had the rap music blasting. No one wants to hear curse music while trying to eat. The service there is non existent. Get it together

Placed a mobile order. Was told at the drive thru box that they were out of something I ordered. I said I would cancel it. Before letting me cancel, they checked me in and told me to come to the window. Came to the window and asked what they would replace it with. Was offered something worth less than half the price AND informed even more of my order is unavailable. Told to come in and talk to a manager for a solution. Manager was OBVIOUSLY drunk or high and refused to refund anything or even give me something comparable in price to replace it. Because they checked me in then LIED in the system and marked my order complete, I could no longer cancel it on my end and had to call corporate just to get a refund that will take up to 10 days.

It wait wasn't long even though they had a line in the drive thru. They are pretty quick and friendly. The supreme tacos were good. We have been a couple of times now. The service and food have both been good.
We were given the wrong orderķ. Asked to sipreme burrito got a super nasty cheese burrito Hubby wanted burrito,l and he got a gorda burrito henl didn't ask for

Used to go multiple times a week. Was excited to see the decades items brought back, so went in to try them. A slap in the face. Inflated prices, deflated portions and crap quality. Haven't been back since and dont plan on it. R.I.P. taco bell. Funny how I have been craving that chilito after all these years and one trip in to have the disgrace of an item they call a chili burrito and I'm over it just like that.
