I went into store just before noon wanting to place a cash order. There were 3 visible employees, 2 preparing food and 1 at drive through with a customer. When the customer drove off, employee proceeded to end an ongoing cell phone conversation. Then she waited on someone else who showed up in drive through. I have yet to be acknowledged. I feel like an idiot that I waited as long as I did, as I realized I would not be assisted in store and would have to drive through to get food which I did. I ask if orders were no longer taken inside and I was told they were short staffed and busy, wow. Apparently multi-tasking and basic customer service is no longer a thing. I wanted to dine in, but had to drive around to get service, park and sat outside.

This place is so gross. Out of the Luxe box I received only the very small bag of chips and queso was edible. No wonder it's call Taco Hell. Disgusting food, it's a wonder this place hasn't been closed down or sited. This is people's food your handling.

5 people working in the back and won’t even make eye contact with you when you’re at the counter to get discrepancies rectified.

I drive from Marble Falls to Burnet when I want Taco Bell because they are always so friendly and always get my order right. The MF manager is so rude and I’m honestly afraid of him spitting in my food when I inevitably have to send it back. S/O to Patrick and the whole burnet team. I love you burnet Taco Bell.

Waiting for an hour in the lobby for our food. When we received it everything we ordered was wrong. The soda machine was missing half the drinks and they were out of black beans. We were promised extra fries for the wait and we waited to get them and never received them so we went to the counter to ask for them and we were told the manager said they couldn't do that lol but we were never notifed.
