Didn't even buy food at this location. Had one already served customer or maybe the kids of a worker their as i didn't see a parent. Had 1 person working the phone, drive thru, and front desk that was well past her technological skill level & was over worked or it seemed like. There was one cook. I went around 1400(2pm) and stood at the front desk waiting. I was looked at both their entire staff(2 employees), yet not recognized as any level of task on their workload, nor was I greeted. As the lady finished up dealing with the customer at the drive thru, 8 felt excited as she started walking my way. Then.. the phone rang.. she stopped immediately, turned around, answered the phone. At that point, I knew it was time to go. No need to taste the food if it's any reflection of the service.

It was weird one chalupa was delicious and fresh the other chalupa was ready for retirement.. , It seems there is a meat shortage .. meat serving is about a pencil thick.

Filthy, most of the tables were dirty and trash was overflowing from the bins. Part of the order was cold when we received it. All men staff while we waited to be served, no girls working and apparently the boys are incapable of sweeping, wiping tables or emptying the trash. It was just us and one other couple dining in and just 1 car in drive thru so not even a busy rush. Slow service, poor quality food, and messy space

The manager in charge, Stephanie was so positive and when we made a few special requests (tostada and enchrito) she had no problem ringing it up. It was an excellent experience !! Thank you !!

I went into store just before noon wanting to place a cash order. There were 3 visible employees, 2 preparing food and 1 at drive through with a customer. When the customer drove off, employee proceeded to end an ongoing cell phone conversation. Then she waited on someone else who showed up in drive through. I have yet to be acknowledged. I feel like an idiot that I waited as long as I did, as I realized I would not be assisted in store and would have to drive through to get food which I did. I ask if orders were no longer taken inside and I was told they were short staffed and busy, wow. Apparently multi-tasking and basic customer service is no longer a thing. I wanted to dine in, but had to drive around to get service, park and sat outside.

This place is so gross. Out of the Luxe box I received only the very small bag of chips and queso was edible. No wonder it's call Taco Hell. Disgusting food, it's a wonder this place hasn't been closed down or sited. This is people's food your handling.
