Wonderful! Neon Moon has all the great qualities you'd want in a small town shop! They have great options and very knowledgeable of their coffee and the roasting process. There are some sweet treats and amazing pecan mini muffins to go along with your cup of Joe. Our help at the counter recommended something I would usually never try, a cinnamon with hint of blackberry latte, I got a hot 16oz with almond milk (sadly lactose intolerant) and WOW. I couldn't believe how much I loved this coffee! The flavors seemed suspicious together but it blended so smooth, no artificial tastes, not too sweet, and the flavors were distinct but subtle. Perfection. We grabbed a bag of their Neon Moon blend and look forward to trying at home.

She suggested This Fresh BlackBerry Lemonade for me since i don’t drink coffee, and My wife and Mother in law and her friend had gotten some fresh grounded coffee! Had the beautiful Industrial Coffee Grinder there in front to show you the goodness of what they are producing at this good little Drink Joint! Highly recommend, It is a lovely environment, Near some nice place to walk around and enjoy and learn about texas’s scenery more. Thank god for good neighboring folks as these Neon Moon Workers and Business. Much love and grace to the kindness and goodness produced from the workers and beverages produced here! Amazing place to stop and get a nice roast cup of coffee! They do have the rolo and cinnamon roll coffees that are very popular. Personally I tried the cinnamon late and it was perfect! They have one size of iced drink and it was perfect. I really love the ambiance of the place and the prices were fair! The cashier and barista Kanoe did an amazing job at helping me decide what to order and she made my experience great!

I’m a straight up black coffee guy, but picky at the same time since there’s no sugar, milk, or cream to hide true flavors. I’ve had the opportunity to try several of their different roasts and I haven’t found a bad one yet. The fact that they roast the beans themselves is fantastic. The owner really knows his way around roasting a coffee bean. This is high-quality coffee y’all, make sure you stop in when you’re in Burton. I think you can order from them online as well.
