“Haven't been here in years. I like the buffet. It's only from 11-1:30 or so and the offerings are limited but fresh, hot and tasty. It's quieter than Cicis and the buffet price includes a drink. On the bar are a couple of pastas, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks and pizzas. They do keep it well stocked and change the pizzas often to provide variety. Several rotations during the hour we were there. If I could change anything, I would suggest maybe leaving the pizzas a bit longer. One was only out for a few minutes and it was removed before I was able to go get a piece. It was a thin crust veggie (maybe supreme). At least half the pan was still left. But not a huge deal overall just a suggestion. I don't fault the staff for being eager in keeping it stocked and won't keep me from visiting again. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Keep up the good work.“

“This was the most amazing pizza I’ve ever had! The crust is divine! We got a half bbq chicken and half pepperoni/sausage. Ordered cinnamon rolls for dessert. These rolls are my new favorite!!! Will and his family are so kind and friendly! I highly recommend this to anyone traveling between Dallas and Texarkana! It’s our new go to stop!“

“Surprisingly it was the first time coming here and it was clean!! They had fresh pizza coming out like hotcakes they would keep the pizza bar pretty stocked. We came during the week (Tuesday) on a late afternoon and the shift staff that was there that day was on point and friendly. “Old fashioned hand tossed pizza. You don't see that for miles! The dough and bread everything is authentic not processed. Their deep dish pizza is so good, stramoboli , chicken Parmesan , manicotti is the best! I would not order their fettuccini Alfredo, but other than that it's awesome! “It's a far, far cry from the Schlotzskys of a few years ago. No large sandwiches any more, barely any olive mix on the bottom of our Turkey Originals, and the flavor of the meat and the bread just don't taste as fresh as they used to. Super helpful window lady, and food was prepared very fast. But we paid $30+ for 3 medium sandwiches that were just very "meh". Sad to say, but that was probably my last visit to Schlotzskys, it was not worth the money and not anywhere near as tasty as it used to be. ?“
