Went through the drive thru and the gentleman was excellent with service. He made sure my order was correct and made sure to offer options for traveling with ice cream. 7.28.2023 around 7pm
I forgot the Manager's Name but she did the Best Customer Service ever. I stop on my way to Caldwell, Texas because I was taking my Parents to Austin, Tx to get the Bus. This Dairy Queen in Caldwell is a must to come with the Family. Absolutely Clean and I got a free Drink for waiting.

Never have a pleasant experience with this location, there is always something wrong with the order, whether it be undercooked cheese sticks, not made the way I ordered it, or simply not in the bag at all. Sad because i like DQ a lot, but i wont be visiting this store anymore.
