We always do drive thru so can't rate atmosphere. I will say that with all the Chicken Express we have visited this one by far beats them all from the customer service to the food always being fresh and never out of stock on any item we ordered. Tuesdays are great due to there 2pc dark meat and biscuit special for less than $3.00.And you definitely have to have the fries pies!!!

My family loves Chicken E, but this location seems to have problems. They've been gruff with me in the past, but this last time they were downright rude! We tried to order the managers special, which I've gotten a few times, but they were out of one of the sides. So, they told me I'd get double mashed potatoes. I asked nicely, if we could get anything else. It says, no substitutions, but it's not my fault they're out of one of the sides. The guy proceeds to get all pissy with is about how he can't do anything else and proceeds to be rude the rest of the time we were there. This guy appeared to be the assistant manager or shift supervisor. Needless to say, it may be a while before we go back.

Every time I go get food they forget something off my meal. I have tried to call several times and they let the phone rings and hangs up after so many rings. We spend our money there just to get short change on our meal. It’s not any chicken franchises in this area and this is my last resort for chicken.

My husband went in today and ordered 4-piece chicken tender meal. It came w tenders, okra, a roll, and a tea. While sitting in line, he noticed (but didn’t think much of) the staff looking oddly at him and giggling. He felt like he needed to be laughing w them, but didn’t know what was going on behind the window (just to describe the mood of the situation). Fast forward, he opens his box and throws his roll straight into the trash. It was hard as a rock. He ate a tender. It’s, well, a tender. No complaints. When going for his second one, he notices a half tender. It appeared that someone took a bite out of it. Rounded like teeth marks, condensed edges (not frayed ripped edges). It’s not the first thing that someone thinks of when getting half a tender, but It clicks in his head that this may have been what was going on w the staff. Needless to say, he didn’t go back and threw his food in the trash. G-Ross.

My Son and Daughter in law brought chicken tenders, mash potatoes and gravy to our house today, they bought them around 1:00 pm and all of it was so salty that we couldn't eat it! We tried to call to let them know and no one ever answered! Ask for a sample before you pay over $40:00 for pure salt!

Tired to order a 12 piece family meal told that they can't do all white meat 25 minute wait. Cant do mixed because they have 1 breast leg and thign rest would be wings. Would not discount for a lacking planning on their side for sub par chicken. Need a Popeyes so we can have a real chicken joint.
