My family loves Chicken E, but this location seems to have problems. They've been gruff with me in the past, but this last time they were downright rude! We tried to order the managers special, which I've gotten a few times, but they were out of one of the sides. So, they told me I'd get double mashed potatoes. Tell me why Chicken Express Canton 75103 CANT GET AN ORDER RIGHT WHEN LITERALLY NO ONE ELSE WAS IN LINE, AFTER THEY INFORM ME THEY DONT ACCEPT MY PAYMENTTHEN I GET HOME AN CALL THEM AFTER REALIZING THEIR MISTAKE AN THE PHONE JUST RINGS AN RINGS AN RINGSI'll be going back tomorrow to complain. If it wasn't pouring rain I'd go back tonight!!

We always do drive thru so can't rate atmosphere. I will say that with all the Chicken Express we have visited this one by far beats them all from the customer service to the food always being fresh and never out of stock on any item we ordered. Tuesdays are great due to there 2pc dark meat and biscuit special for less than $3.00.And you definitely have to have the fries pies!!!
