No joke, Riley is the MAIN CHARACTER of that place. The energy? Unreal. The kindness? Next level. The way they hype you up, remember you, and make your whole day better in under 2 minutes is actually crazy. And somehow the drinks are ALWAYS perfect when Riley makes or recommends them…like they don’t miss. You could go anywhere for coffee, but you go here for Riley. Straight up the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Promote Riley immediately!!“

“Went in to get a matcha, I’ve been here a few times but I realized the older lady was handling the cakes with her bare hands. I think they should wear gloves or grab with something else not with their bare hands. She was really nice but just thought that was weird and unsanitary.“

“I've been to many McDonald's (90s kid here, who experienced the mini beanie baby craze) and I think this is the best McDonald's food I have had. Admittedly I have only ordered like 4 things but I've ordered food from there a lot from commuting and passing the town. Fries always seem fresh and the cookies are usually warm. Never had to pull over and wait for food to get ready. Also my bf seems to agree.“

“Finally got to stop in for a cup of coffee, it seems like whenever I'm in town they're slammed and I'm running behind but it lined up today. The outside seating is comfy and spacious for multiple groups and the coffee was great“
