“Beautiful cozy and comfortable bakery and coffee shop with a wide variety of amazing fresh baked items. On my first visit I got coffee and German chocolate cake, which was excellent. Most recently I got their signature chicken salad on a croissant - it was delicious! A perfect blend of savory and sweet, and the arugula wasn't bitter or too overpowering. I opted to try the German potato salad, which is a great choice for those who like chunky style potatoes with tangy flavors. I also got a nut brownie; it was good, and definitely a generous portion - but a little overly sweet for my personal preference. Prices are very reasonable! The staff are sweet and very quick at filling orders. Latham Bakery is one of my favorite stops in Canton! I was excited to hear there is a location in Kaufman, a little closer to home.“
