My husband and I stopped here on a whim after seeing the sign from the highway. The staff was so pleasant and helpful explaining the specials of the day, presenting their food selection, and ringing our order. Definitely not what I was expecting from a BBQ joint in a gas station! We ended up getting a turkey plate for my husband, and the brisket plate for me. They had a good selection of sides, all very well done - roasted potatoes, zucchini and squash medley, sweet potatoes, and green beans. Everything was delicious, every first bite we commented how well they the sides were seasoned well and cooked just right. I would definitely stop here again when I’m passing through Canton.
