I just found my new exit when headed out this way. There are a few places this hip and taking pride in what they are doing around here but literally just a few. You may be in East Texas for a little diner with iced tea and a decent chicken fried steak but if you want a joint with a beer menu, burgers, and atmosphere on par with anything back in the big city, here's your treat!
It is so sad that this place is too far to be on the regular restaurant route. I love every time I get to stop in here for a meal. Food, drinks, service and even the variety of menu options makes it a better than normal burger joint.If you like appetizers, the fried mozzarella sticks are some of the best I've had.
