Donut Palace offers tasty food, known for having the best donuts in Canton. However, the service can vary; while some staff are friendly, others may lack customer service skills, coming across as rude and unsmiling. Food options are limited, with mostly microwaved items, and they only accept cash. Despite these issues, many still enjoy the establishment for its delicious donuts and generally acceptable service.
